Gluten-free little Coconut balls


Are you looking for something sweet? Very delicate perhaps? Something that your guests will love?  Maybe a special something for a lover? The recipe I’m posting today is a “winner one” it’s easy to make and super yummy. 


Ingredients
1 Can Condensed Milk
2 Cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut  + more for rolling the balls in
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Teaspoon butter



In a heavy saucepan over medium heat combine the condensed milk, honey and 2 cups of coconut.  



Mix constantly with a wooden spoon (about 10 min), until mixture starts to thicken and begin to loosen from the bottom of the pan.  Remove from heat and let it cool for 2-3 hours.



Once cool, grease your hands with the butter and take small amount of mixture and roll into a 1 inch ball, then roll through extra coconut. 



 Continue with the rest of the mixture.  Keep it in an air-tight recipient until time to serve.  Serves 38 – 40 little balls
