Cherry tomatoes and olives pasta salad

Pasta is always welcome in my house, any recipe is accepted with no complains at all.  With this in mind I cooked yesterday more pasta than I needed with the sole purpose of having some leftover.  What for? I wanted to make this very basic and easy pasta salad…and then realized it’s a great lunch for kids to take to school too!  Enjoy it!

Ingredients
3 Cups Pasta already cooked (preferably short pasta)
¾ Cup Red and Yellow cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 Tablespoons sliced green olives
2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Salt and pepper

Place the pasta in a serving bowl.  Add the tomatoes, olives, oregano and parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the olive oil over the salad and toss to combine. Decorate de serving bowls with crackers, toasts or breadsticks.  Serves 2.
